Which product is right for me?

We design our products to address everyday comfort needs. Here’s a quick guide to help you choose the right pillow and cover:

For The Sleepers: If you prefer gentle contouring and varied support heights, our Contour Pillow cradles your head and neck. If you prefer a more traditional shape, the Classic Comfort Pillow offers balanced support in all sleep positions.

For The Workers: A well-supported night’s rest makes long workdays more comfortable. Choose the Contour Pillow if you like adaptive support or the Classic Comfort Pillow for a traditional profile.

For The Movers: Whether you’re a frequent traveler or on the go, both pillow styles are light enough to be taken along for added comfort.

All pillows are available with your choice of Original, Bamboo, or Aloe Vera covers, each removable, machine-washable, and OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.

What materials do you use?

We take quality seriously. Every Klücks product is made from carefully selected materials for comfort and durability.

Foam Core: High-density memory foam provides balanced support and gentle contouring. It is certified to be free from harmful substances and built to maintain its shape with proper care.

Fabric Covers: The removable, machine-washable cover is made from soft, breathable fabric and is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified. It is safe, non-toxic and gentle on your skin while promoting airflow to keep you comfortable.

Will the memory foam flatten over time?

Unlike some lower-quality foams that can quickly lose their shape, the high-density memory foam used in Klücks products is engineered for resilience.

It is designed to return to its original shape after use and maintain consistent support with proper care.

Is there an adjustment period when using a new pillow?

Some people may experience a brief adjustment period. If you have been sleeping on a non-supportive pillow, your neck and shoulder muscles may be used to a less supported position.

It can take anywhere from a few nights to two weeks for your body to feel fully comfortable with the improved support our pillow provides. This is completely normal. We recommend giving it at least 14 nights of consistent use before deciding.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

We prioritize using materials that are gentle and suitable for sensitive skin.

Fabric Covers: Our removable covers are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, meaning they have been tested and verified to be free from harmful substances.

Sensitivity Notice: While these materials are chosen for their skin-friendly qualities, sensitivities can vary from person to person. If you have severe or specific allergies, we recommend first consulting with a healthcare professional.

Shipping & Returns

Where does Klücks ship to?

We currently only ship within Europe.

We are actively working on expanding to more countries outside of Europe in the near future.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are dispatched from our EU-based warehouse within 1-2 business days.

Our estimated delivery times for Standard shipping are:

  • European Union: Approx. 2-4 business days.
  • Rest of Europe: Approx. 3-7 business days.

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times can vary based on the final destination and carrier operations. You will receive a tracking number to follow your package as soon as it ships.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us.

This email will contain your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website to check the status of your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@kluecks.com for assistance.

What is the return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy for all items that are in their original, unopened packaging with the factory hygiene seal intact.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal comfort items like pillows and cushions once this seal has been broken.

Are custom or duty fees applicable (outside of EU)?

Yes. If your shipping address is outside of the European Union Customs Union, your order may be subject to import duties, local taxes (like VAT), and customs handling fees.

This applies to all non-EU destinations, including countries such as Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom.

These charges are levied by the destination country's customs authorities and are the full responsibility of you, the customer. They are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Customs policies vary widely, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of secure payment methods to make your checkout experience as smooth as possible. These include:

  • Klarna (for "Pay Later" and other flexible options)

What currency will I be charged in?

All transactions on our store are processed in Euro (EUR).

You can use the currency selector at the top of our site to see estimated prices in your local currency, but the final charge at checkout will always be in EUR.

If your credit card or payment account is in a different currency, the final price will be calculated by your card issuer or bank according to the applicable exchange rate on the day of the transaction.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to get your products to you as soon as possible. Because of this, we have a very small window to make changes.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@kluecks.com with the subject line "URGENT: Order Change Request" and your order number.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee any changes can be made once an order has been placed. If your order has already entered the shipping process, you will need to follow our standard return procedure once you receive the item.

Product Care & Quality

How do I wash and care for my Klücks cushion or pillow?

Caring for your Klücks product is simple. The outer cover is designed to be easily removed and is machine washable.

We recommend washing the cover on a cool, gentle cycle with a mild detergent, and then letting it air dry to keep it in perfect shape.

The memory foam core itself should not be put in the washing machine or dryer. If needed, you can spot-clean the foam with a damp cloth and let it air dry completely before putting the cover back on.

Our brand is proudly European. All of our products are thoughtfully designed by our team in Europe, working in consultation with ergonomic experts to meet the highest quality standards.
